I had a pretty decent stay at this hotel. While the location is excellent, right in the city center, I found the rooms to be a bit on the smaller side and not very ventilated. The service was friendly and efficient, which I appreciated. However, the dining options were quite lackluster, which was disappointing. Overall, there were some good aspects, but I think the hotel could make a few improvements.

The room was a nice size, but it felt a bit old and could use some airing out. However, it was really clean and cozy, with plenty of hot water.

I found the hotel to have a great location, close to the center of the city and near lovely bars and restaurants. The rooms were a bit of a letdown, as they had a strange smell and lacked proper soundproofing. However, the staff was exceptionally friendly despite only speaking Spanish. I would recommend looking for breakfast options elsewhere, as the dining experience didn’t meet my expectations based on the price.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms had a funny smell, almost like they hadn't been aired out for a while, and were quite dark, overlooking a small courtyard. They definitely weren't soundproof, which was a downside.
Service
8.0
The staff were incredibly friendly, and I appreciated their warm welcome, even if it was a bit too familiar at first. They made my check-in efficient.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect for exploring the city, very close to the stunning hanging houses and a grocery store right next door.
Dining
5.0
I opted for breakfast at a local café instead of the hotel's options, as I found it to be quite basic and not very satisfying.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were simple, more like a building of rooms without much beyond the basics.

My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The rooms were a decent size and very clean, but they felt a bit stale, and I could hear quite a bit of noise from outside. The service started off a bit awkwardly, but overall the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location is really central, making it easy to explore, though the entrance is a bit strange. Dining options could have been better, but the breakfast selection was good enough. Overall, it's a fair price for what you get, but don't expect luxury.

The location is right in the middle of the city, which is great for finding bars and restaurants, but the entrance feels dark and unwelcoming.

The hotel had basic facilities, nothing overly fancy, which reflected in the price, but they were functional.

The hotel has a great location near the old Cuenca train station and close to the hanging houses and a grocery store. The rooms are quite nice; they are clean with plenty of hot water, though they can feel a bit stark. The staff was helpful with local information, but the check-in process felt a little awkward. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if you’re looking for value for money, but it could use some improvements in service.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with a nice location near the hanging houses and a grocery store right next door. The rooms were quite spacious and clean but could use some updates for extra comfort. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful with local recommendations. However, the dining experience was somewhat basic and didn’t meet my expectations fully.

Rooms

The rooms were quite a nice size and very clean, but they felt a bit stark and uncomfortable due to soft spots with hard points in the middle.
